This notice explains how INB Workspace handles information when authorized team members use its protected services.
Information we handle
We receive the email address associated with the Google account used to sign in. We also keep access roles and service permissions assigned by an INB Workspace administrator.
When authorized members use a service, we may process information they submit, including uploaded service files and, for the mailing system, templates, recipient data, campaign settings, delivery logs, and result files.
How we use information
- Authenticate members and enforce administrator-approved access.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the workspace.
- Run authorized mailing and content workflows.
- Maintain operational and security records.
Google services and storage
INB Workspace uses Google identity services, Google Cloud infrastructure, and Google APIs needed for its authorized workflows. Workspace data is stored in private Google Cloud services and is not sold or used for advertising.
Access, retention, and control
Only accounts approved by an administrator can enter protected services. Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and audit the workspace, or to meet applicable obligations. Administrators can change access at any time.
