These terms apply to the use of INB Workspace and its protected services.
Authorized access
You may use INB Workspace only through your own Google account and only for services assigned to you by an administrator. Access may be changed or removed at any time.
Responsible use
Use the workspace only for legitimate Iskolar ng Bayan activities. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, introduce harmful code, misuse personal information, or use the mailing system for unauthorized or unlawful messages.
Your content and permissions
You are responsible for ensuring that information, files, recipient lists, and messages you submit are accurate, appropriate, and handled with the permissions or lawful basis required for the intended work.
Security and account care
Keep your Google account secure, do not share access, and report suspected misuse promptly. Workspace activity may be logged to protect the system and support authorized operations.
Service availability
The workspace may change, be maintained, or experience interruption. While reasonable care is taken to protect and operate it, members should verify critical outputs before relying on them.
